Cold atmospheric plasma (CAP) has demonstrated selective targeting of transformed cells, but comprehensive molecular data and analysis tools for cancer applications are limited. This study addresses this gap by generating multi-omics data (transcriptome, proteome, phosphorylome, acetylome, and lactylome) from CAP-treated breast cancer cells. We developed CAPmed-BC (https://capbc.hiplot.com.cn), the first multi-omics platform in plasma medicine for analyzing breast cancer responses to CAP. The platform enables analysis of differentially expressed biomarkers, pathway enrichment, protein-protein interactions, and metabolic vulnerabilities through integrated omics. It also includes customizable visualization tools. CAPmed-BC provides a valuable resource for understanding CAP's molecular effects and advancing research in plasma medicine and oncology. |
