In our study, we determined that intestinal stem cells (lSCs) are specifed at 12.5 hours afte puparium formation (APF) in Drosophila female pupal midgut. To investigate the molecular mechanisms underlying ISC specification, we conducted single nucleus RNA seguencing (snRNA-seg) on meconium-free midgut epithelim dissected from 1,000 female pupae between 8-12h APF. |
