Neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NACT) is a key therapeutic strategy for esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC), offering significant improvements in patient prognosis and 5-year survival rates.However, a substantial proportion of patients exhibit resistance to NACT and consequently derive limited benefit. Identifying reliable biomarkers to predict individual responses to NACT remains a critical challenge.We performed comprehensive transcriptomic profiling of tumor tissues from NACT-treated patients, stratified as responders (TRG0, 1) and non-responders (TRG2, 3), aiming to identify biomarkers associated with chemotherapy sensitivity and resistance in ESCC. |
