| 描述信息 |
High altitudes are challenging for the animals that inhabit these environments. The Xizang plateau frog, Nanorana parkeri, is endemic to the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau with a wide distribution (ranging from 2800 m to 5100 m). Here, we conducted a comprehensive study to elucidate adaptive mechanisms to high-altitude stress through environmental monitoring and multi-omics analyses. The results of the current study help to elucidate a comprehensive analysis of the phenotypic characteristics and regulatory mechanisms that allow ectothermic vertebrates to adapt to high-altitude environments. |
