描述信息 Rejuvenating senescent LepR+ cells is a promising approach to reconstruct homeostasis of the aged bone marrow. To achieve this, a LepR+ cell-targeting NO nanopump with in vivo self-controlled turn-on ability was constructed by co-entrapping hydrophobic chemiluminescence substrate and NO donor into the matrix of amphiphilic polymer through a nanoprecipitation process.
