| Description |
Prepare fecal samples randomly for analysis. Process data using SubstraTIQ QI software (v2.3) with parameters set to a precursor tolerance of 5 ppm, product tolerance of 10 ppm, and a production threshold of 5%. Identify compounds by comparing with databases such as HMDB, LipidMap (V2.3), and Metlin. Construct positive and negative ion mode data matrices, import into R software for principal component analysis (PCA) to evaluate sample distribution and analysis stability. Further use OPLS-DA and PLS-DA to identify group differences in metabolites. |
