| Description |
To explore the impact of radiation pneumonitis on the efficacy of lung cancer immunotherapy, we performed immunotherapy on left lung tumor-bearing mice with or without radiation pneumonitis. Untargeted metabolomics was then used to detect and analyze metabolic characteristics of lung tumor tissue before and after treatment. The metabolomic data provided the basis for understanding how radiation pneumonitis affects lung cancer immunotherapy. |
