Intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasms (IPMN) of the pancreas are precursor lesions of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC). A total of 117 spatial transcriptomic areas of interests (AOIs) from 12 IPMN and PDAC patients were analyzed to delineate spatially resolved expression-based intertumoral trajectories and intratumoral heterogeneity associated with distinct immune microenvironments. |
