This dataset contains mass cytometry (CyTOF) data of peripheral blood immune cells from 930 participants, including healthy controls, benign pulmonary nodule cases, and malignant nodule patients (minimally invasive/invasive adenocarcinoma/advanced lung cancer nodule). Data was generated using a 40-marker antibody panel and analyzed via the SMART platform. Note: This study focuses on protein-level immune profiling and does not involve genomic or human genetic resource data. |
