描述信息 YTS109 is a hypoimmune allogeneic STAR-T cell product engineered via CRISPR/Cas9 to overcome the limitations of autologous CAR-T therapies, including cost, manufacturing complexity, and insertional mutagenesis risk. In patients with refractory systemic lupus erythematosus and lupus nephritis, YTS109 induced immune resetting and significant clinical remission, offering a promising new therapeutic approach.
