This dataset contains differentially expressed genes (DEGs) identified by RNA-seq analysis between KRAS-amplified and non-amplified colorectal cancer (CRC) tissue samples. A total of eight CRC samples (n=4 per group) were analyzed to explore the transcriptional differences associated with KRAS copy number status. Gene expression was quantified and DEGs were identified using DESeq2. The table includes gene symbols, log2 fold changes, adjusted p-values, and expression levels. This dataset supports the investigation of KRAS amplification-related molecular changes in CRC. |
