A total of 18 samples were sequenced using the DNBSEQ platform, generating an average of 6.41 Gb of data per sample. The average genome mapping rate was 85.87%, and the average gene set mapping rate was 61.43%. A total of 1,182 new genes were predicted. A total of 25,951 expressed genes were detected, including 24,784 known genes and 1,167 predicted new genes. A total of 30,383 new transcripts were detected, of which 29,201 were new variable splicing isoforms of known protein - coding genes and 1,182 were transcripts of new protein - coding genes.
