描述信息 This project aims to investigate the molecular and cellular mechanisms underlying congenital neurological disorders during human fetal development, including neural tube defects, cleft lip and palate, Down syndrome, and tetralogy of Fallot. To achieve this, we collect brain tissue samples from clinically indicated aborted fetuses across a range of gestational ages. By applying single-nucleus RNA sequencing (snRNA-seq), we construct high-resolution transcriptional and spatial atlases of the fetal brain. These datasets will allow us to delineate the dynamic changes in cell type composition, gene expression patterns, and spatial organization associated with disease-specific developmental trajectories.
