Description CD4 T cells were isolated from PF40-treated T2DM rats and co-cultured with insulin-resistant BNL CL2 hepatocytes to investigate their regulatory effect on cellular insulin sensitivity. Using targeted energy metabolomics, the study profiled metabolic alterations in key energy pathways such as glycolysis and the TCA cycle.
