描述信息 We report a telomere-to-telomere (T2T), haplotype-resolved genome assembly of a female oyster pompano (Trachinotus anak), an important marine aquaculture species. HiFi, ONT ultra-long and Hi-C sequencing data were used to generate two gap-free chromosome-level haplotypes with complete telomere coverage. This assembly provides a valuable genomic resource for studying sex determination, adaptive evolution, and molecular breeding in T. anak and related Carangidae species.
