| Description |
Based on gadolinium and GSH/TXN inhibitor NQA, we established a new nanoscale coordination polymer NGd-NCPs to differentiate tumor stem cells, making them sensitive to oxidative stress treatment. Then, the amplified oxidative stress would enhance radio-mediated immunogenic cell death, improve the activation of antigen-presenting cells, and induce a systemic anti-tumor immune response to overcome the advanced stage of renal cell carcinoma. We hope that our research could provide new ideas and directions for the treatment of advanced renal cell carcinoma. |
