Three-month-old juvenile Acrossocheilus fasciatus were flow-trained for eight weeks under three treatmentsstatic-water (control), moderate flow (2 body lengths s-1), and high flow (4 body lengths s-1)-with three replicate tanks per treatment (n = 3). At the end of training, males were identified by dissection; testes were quickly excised, snap-frozen in liquid nitrogen, and submitted for RNA-seq-based transcriptomic profiling. |
