Chitinase-like protein 3 (Chil3), a positionally cloned inflammation regulatory gene linked to various disorders, has an unclear effect on skin inflammation. Here we investigated the role of Chil3 in imiquimod-induced psoriasis-like dermatitis models using Chil3-deficient congenic mice (BR.Ncf1*.Ym1) and their littermate controls (BR.Ncf1*), and RNAseq of skin tissue was performed. |
