| Organisms |
Nilaparvata lugens
|
| Description |
To investigate the potential roles of NlSP6935 in insect physiology, transcriptomic comparison was performed on dsGFP- and dsNlSP6935-treated N. lugens. Fifth instar nymphs at 3 days post dsRNA treatments were selected, the time when no significant lethal effect or morphology change was observed. |
