| Description |
Ovarian cancer (OC) remains the most lethal gynecological malignancy, due to its high recurrence rate and elevated resistance to platinum-based chemotherapy. Currently, there is a significant research focus on the correlation between fecal microbiota and tumors, yet the association with OC is still not well understood. Therefore, this study conducted metagenomic next-generation sequencing (mNGS) on fecal samples collected from both platinum-sensitive and platinum-resistant OC patients, aiming to establish the correlation between OC chemoresistance and fecal microbiota. |
