| 描述信息 | To investigate the viral background of diarrheal piglets in China, this study analyzed 507 high-throughput sequencing data, this dataset comprising 276 metatranscriptomic data and 231 multiple displacement amplification (MDA) data. These datasets were obtained from 29 clinically healthy piglets and 247 clinically diarrheic piglets.
