Using a combination of PacBio HiFi, ONT ultra-long reads, and Hi-C data, we assembled a 2.27 Gb genome with a contig N50 of 132.52 Mb. A total of 40 contigs were anchored to 34 chromosomes, and 61 telomeres were identified, indicating a near-complete chromosome-level assembly. |
