We present a single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) dataset of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) obtained from kidney transplant recipients exhibiting distinct rejection types and treatment phases. Samples were collected both before and after targeted immunosuppressive therapy from recipients with T cell-mediated rejection (TCMR) and antibody-mediated rejection (ABMR), while samples from recipients with stable graft function and normal renal status were collected without intervention. |
