| 描述信息 | The gut microbiota is increasingly recognized for its significant role in the neurological abnormalities observed in children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). In this project, we've collected stool samples from 211 children with ASD and 134 age-matched typically developing children. We've then performed shotgun metagenomic sequencing on these samples. Our aim is to investigate the association between the gut microbiota and structural brain imaging abnormalities in children with ASD. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
