Sepsis is a systemic inflammatory syndrome caused by infection and is a major contributor to multi-organ dysfunction. Cardiac impairment is one of the most critical complications leading to poor outcomes in septic patients. In this study, we established a murine cecal ligation and puncture (CLP) model to induce sepsis and collected heart tissues for long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) transcriptome sequencing. This dataset provides a comprehensive lncRNA expression profile associated with septic cardiomyopathy, which may help to elucidate the underlying molecular mechanisms and identify potential diagnostic biomarkers and therapeutic targets. |
