This study analyzed skin tissue at three altitudes (2500 m, 3500 m, and 4500 m) through proteomics and metabolomics research. And analyzed skin microbiota at two altitudes (2500 m and 4500 m) using metagenomics and metabolomics to investigate functional changes in skin and skin microbiota during altitude acclimation in Tibetan sheep. At the same time, the skin and skin microorganisms were analysed together in a multi-omics approach, in order to analyse the host-host microorganism interactions, and ultimately to provide a reference for elucidating the mechanism of environment-skin-skin microorganism interactions. |
