Extracellular matrix (ECM) stiffness is a critical biomechanical regulator of cellular behavior. However, its precise role in lymphatic endothelial cells (LECs) remains elusive, particularly in the context of tumorigenesis, where progressive stromal stiffening constitutes a hallmark of the tumor microenvironment (TME). To investigate the impact and elucidate the underlying mechanisms of ECM stiffness on LECs, we conducted transcriptomic analysis via high-throughput RNA sequencing on mouse LECs (SVEC 4-10) cultured for 48 hours on polyacrylamide hydrogels of varying stiffness. |
