| 描述信息 |
This project investigates the metabolic mechanisms underlying the association between maternal exposure to barium (Ba) and miscarriage. A total of 186 pregnant women were recruited, and both blood Ba levels and decidual tissue metabolomic profiles were analyzed using UHPLC-QExactiveHF-X mass spectrometry. Metabolome-wide association and mediation analyses identified key metabolites and pathways, including glycerophospholipid metabolism and oxidative stress-related metabolites. Five core metabolites were further used to construct a machine learning-based risk prediction model for miscarriage. The study provides new insights into environmental pollutant-induced reproductive toxicity and potential biomarkers for early miscarriage risk assessment. |
