This project takes the human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line HepG2 as a model. HepG2 cells were exposed to 2,2',4,4'-tetrabromodiphenyl ether (BDE47) at a concentration of 12.5μM for 24 hours. RNA sequencing (RNAseq) technology is utilized to systematically dissect the transcriptomic alterations induced by BDE47 exposure. The study aims to uncover the molecular mechanisms of BDE47-induced hepatocellular toxicity, identify differentially expressed genes involved in pathways like lipid metabolism, oxidative stress, and inflammation, and provide transcriptomic-level insights for understanding the health risks of persistent organic pollutants and potential intervention targets. |
