To investigate the inhibitory mechanism of 3-phenylpropionic acid (3PPA) on Valsa pyri,transcriptome analysis was performed. For RNA preparation, a V. pyri disk was transferred to PDA medium supplemented with 100mg/L of 3PPA. After incubation for 2 d, the mycelia were harvested for total RNA extraction. Plates without 3PPA served as CK. Triplicate technical replicates were maintained per treatment group. |
