Over the past decades, thousands of snoRNAs have been identified in the genome, yet the targets, mechanisms, and functions of most snoRNAs remain unresolved. We compared snoRNA microarray data from intestinal stem cells and differentiated intestinal epithelial cells to identify snoRNAs highly enriched in intestinal stem cells, with the goal of screening for functionally important regulators of stemness. |
