In summary, we have developed the snFLARE-seq and the mrFIRGID methods to analyze the transcriptome and metabolome of prostate cancer originating from different tissue regions. Our findings demonstrate that hormone therapy substantially remodels cancer cells and their associated microenvironment. Additionally, our results provide potential targets for precise treatment of prostate cancer arising from different areas. |
