| 描述信息 | This project aims to characterize the genomic features of 34 Acinetobacter isolates obtained from hospital wastewater in Shenzhen, China. Whole-genome sequencing was performed to investigate antimicrobial resistance determinants, genomic diversity, and potential public health implications of these environmental clinical-related isolates. The resulting genome assemblies will contribute to understanding the dissemination patterns and genetic basis of resistance among Acinetobacter species in wastewater environments. | ||||||||
