| 描述信息 | This project aims to construct a high-quality telomere-to-telomere (T2T) gapless genome of the allotetraploid crop Brassica napus. Using this complete genome assembly, we will systematically characterize the sequence composition, structural organization, and evolutionary dynamics of centromeres. The study will provide insights into centromere evolution following polyploidization and enhance our understanding of chromosome stability and genome evolution in polyploid plants.
