| Description |
Acute myeloid leukemia(AML) exhibits substanrial genetic heterogeneity in elderly patients. Despite validated genomic alterations facilitating refined precision prognostication, incomplete intergration of genetic profiles, particularly underutilization of copy number alterations(CNAs) and copy-neutral loss of heterozygosity (CN-LOH), remains a source of prognostic uncertainty in elderly patiens with NPM1-mutated AML. To address this gap, we conducted an exploratory study. Shallow whole-genome sequencing (sWGS) was used for CNA/CN-LOH detection. Genomic data were integrated with clinical and laboratory variables to evaluate the prognostic utility of combining CNA/CN-LOH burden. |
