This project presents high-resolution Hi-C sequencing data from brain organoids modeling Neuronal Intranuclear Inclusion Disease (NIID). Organoids were derived from three NIID patients and three healthy controls. Experimental groups included untreated NIID (GGCexp), untreated healthy control (GGCnor), NIID treated with ASO-GGC for 15 days (ASO-GGC), and NIID with lentiviral-mediated overexpression of CTCF or RAD21 for 30 days (OE). All Hi-C libraries were constructed and sequenced from organoids at 90 days of culture. |
