This study profiles lncRNA regulation in aging and cellular senescence using pooled CRISPRi Perturb-seq (dCas9-KRAB) coupled with 10x single-nucleus Multiome (snRNA-seq + snATAC-seq) in K562 and BJ cells, targeting 32 high-abundance aging- and senescence-associated lncRNAs(PtbAlncs). The dataset also includes HOTAIRM1 CHIRP-seq in HEK293 cells and bulk RNA-seq profiling of bleomycin-induced senescence/DNA damage responses in IMR90 cells. |
