| 描述信息 | In this study, the complete chloroplast genome of Polygonatum cyrtonema was successfully assembled and annotated. With a total length of 155,519 bp, it exhibits a typical quadripartite structure, comprising a large single-copy (LSC) region (84,470 bp), a small single-copy (SSC) region (18,291 bp), and two inverted repeat (IR) regions (26,379 bp each). The overall GC content is 37.69%, and a total of 133 genes were annotated, including 88 protein-coding genes (PCGs), 37 tRNA genes, and 8 rRNA genes. | ||||||||
