To further elucidate the mechanism of HSF1-mediated transcriptional regulation in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, we conducted transcriptomic sequencing on SU-DHL-2 and SU-DHL-6 cells treated with or without DTHIB (8 μM).
Overall design: Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma cells SU-DHL-2 or SU-DHL-6 were treated with DMSO or DTHIB (8 μM) for 36 hours. The RNA of the treated cells was extracted and sequenced on Illumina NovaseqTM 6000 platform and 100-bp paired-end reads were generated. |
