样品范围 Multiisolate
生物名称 Arabidopsis thaliana [Taxonomy ID: 3702]
描述信息 MADS-domain transcription factors (TF) are critical in determining floral cell fate and floral organ identities. However, their function molecular mechanisms are still poorly understood. Here, we show that effective DNA-binding in closed chromatin and target gene regulation of APETALA1 (AP1), a key floral MADS-box TF requires tetramerisation, indicating the fundamental role of tetrameric MADS-box TFs in floral cell fate programming. Overall design: ChIP-seq, ATAC-seq and RNA-seq datasets were generated with seedling tissues at different time points (2, 8, 24 and 48 hours) after dexamethasone induction. In addition, mock-treated seedlings were collected at different time points as a control. Two biological replicates were generated for each time point. Please note that each processed data file was generated from both replicates and is linked to the corresponding *r1 sample records.
