Description | We found that one soybean accession in our germplasm pool always exhibited segregating phenotypes in the progeny population, including green, pale-green, and yellow leaves.The green, pale-green, and yellow plants genetically possessed Y/Y, Y/y, and y/y genotype, respectively.Map-based cloning revealed that GmCHLI1 was likely to be responsible for the trait of y mutant. Thus,we wonder to know the change of transcriptome in seeds and leaves of y mutant. | ||||||||||
