In this study 16SrRNAmetagenome sequencing analysis was used to characterize bacterial compositions in whiteflies collected from cotton grown in eight major cotton growing districts of Pakistan. We have identified 10 phyla and 50 genera of bacteria associated with whiteflies on cotton in Pakistan. |
