| Description |
The maize inbred lines of BT-1 is resistant to F. verticillioides-associated ear rot (FER) disease. The kernels after pollination 15 days were inoculated with a single F. verticillioides strain, and the kernels around the inoculation spots were collected at 1 day after inoculation. Total RNA was isolated with Trizol reagent, which was then subjected to small RNA and transcriptome sequencing. |
