According to the national poultry production performance measurement station (Jiangsu station), the production performance and comprehensive economic benefits of Jingxing-huang chicken\'s parent breeding chickens and commercial chickens are at the leading level among similar domestic breeds.The supporting parents of this variety contain the consanguinity of the local variety Beijing oily chicken, and at the same time, the selection and breeding of the meat quality character intramuscular fat and creatine acid content improved the deposition amount of fat and flavor substance and the precocity, and the muscle quality characteristic was superior to the similar product.The parent breeding chickens are dwarf type, which can save 15-20% of feed and feeding space. Commercial broiler chickens have fast growth speed, excellent muscle quality and strong adaptability. |
