Description |
Jingu21 is an elite variety widely cultivated in North China for its good grain quality and high yield. We constructed an EMS-mutagenized library using Jingu21 and identified an extremly short life cycle mini-mutant (dubbed Xiaomi) . To gain an insight into the molecular network underling early flowering in Xiaomi, we performed an RNA-Seq analysis using young leaves from 30-day seedlings (10 days before Xiaomi heading) of Xiaomi using the Jingu21 at the same developmental stages as a control. |
