Description |
To investigate the molecular pathways involved in liver regeneration and illucidate the effect of CX3CR1 deficiency on liver regeneration, we established 2/3 hepatectomy in wild-type mice and Cx3cr1 knock-out mice. Liver samples were collected at 0 h, 6 h and 48 h after hepatectomy in wild-type mice and Cx3cr1 knock-out mice (n = 11 per group). Bulk mRNA sequencing was performed. |
