| Description |
2x105 4T1- Luc cells were inoculated subcutaneously in BALB/C mice. When the tumor size was about 50-80 mm3, it was recorded as day 0, and the fusion vesicles were administered by subcutaneous vaccination on days 0, 7 and 14. On day 21, mice were sacrificed and tumors were taken and placed in liquid nitrogen. Total RNA was extracted using Trizol reagent and sequenced. |
