Three-year old Panax notoginseng plants were harvested from cultivation field at Wenshan. The root, stem, leaf, flower and rhizome tissues were collected in the morning at first August. Then other 33 P. notoginseng sample were collected from at the same place, including 3 tissues (root, stem and leaf) from one-year old plant (the one-year old plants have not developed flowers), 4 tissues (root, stem, leaf and flower) from two-year old plant and three-year old plant respectively, each of sample have three biological replicates. |
