| HRA001041 (Controlled Access) | In this study, we performed WES and RNA-seq of colorectal adenocarcinoma samples of Chinese patients to identify the somatic mutation repertoires, frequent neoepitopes, and inherent regularity of functional neoantigens in CRC. Further, we compared the gene expressions of microenvironment immune elements together with neoantigen profiles, pathologic phenotypes, and prognosis in CRC to characterize the relations among cancer cell immunogenicity, immune microenvironment changes, and their potential effects on cancer development and therapeutic responses in CRC. |
