Depend on PD, ALS and RTT disease monkey models, different types of stem cells including ESCs, iPSCs and Neural stem cells or terminal differentiation cells were used for cell therapy research. Researches were carried out on compare the cells derived from human and monkey, as well as autologous and allogeneic cell transplantation. In order to solve the key scientific problems such as cell survival, differentiation, migration and functional reconstruction in vivo, avoid safety problems such as tumorigenesis or functional disorder caused by transplanted cells, realize regeneration, repair and functional reconstruction, and obtain safety and effectiveness data.
